The computer is a device for processing and outputting various pieces of information, and is configured to output the processing result of the information through a separate output device.
As one of such output devices, a monitor exists, and the monitor displays an image signal in the computer so that the user can visually identify the computer's information processing result. The image information displayed on the monitor by the computer may include information about a moving picture in addition to the information about a still picture, and the information about the moving picture requires a huge amount of information.
On the other hand, one of the functions of the computer is the ability to store information. That is, the computer stores processing information using an internal memory device, and then reads and uses the stored information as needed. The most widely used memory device is a memory device such as a DRAM, or a separate storage medium such as a floppy diskette. However, such a memory device or a separate storage medium has a problem in that it is impossible to sufficiently store a moving picture of a computer due to its storage capacity. Of course, such a memory device or a storage medium can increase its storage capacity, but there are problems in realization due to cost limitations.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been devised by such an effort, and an object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus capable of simply storing image information of a computer.

The reproduction processing system 8 reproduces and processes the composite video signal for display on the television 10 or the like, and the image information converting apparatus 9 outputs the composite video signal again to the R, G, and B color signals. That is, the user controls the switching state of the switch 7 by operating the keys of the keyboard 1 to watch the video signal of the magnetic tape read from the deck 6 through the television 10 or through the monitor 30. That is, as can be seen from the above description, the video information by the processing of the processor 2 is displayed on the monitor 3, and is converted into a composite video signal by the image information conversion device 5, The deck 6 can record a composite video signal on a magnetic tape.
As described above, the image information recorded on the magnetic tape can be read as necessary and displayed on the monitor 3 or the television.
Therefore, in the present invention, a magnetic tape is used as a means for recording image information of the processor 2, and such a magnetic tape has a lower cost than a storage means used in a general computer, that is, a DRAM or a floppy diskette. The storage capacity is so large that it can be seen that it is efficient.
As described above, in the present invention, the image information of the computer can be recorded on a separate magnetic tape, whereby the image information of the computer can be stored at low cost.
